Ingredients:

  • raisins – 30g
  • water – 200ml

Preparation: before going to bed, take 30 grams of raisins, wash it thoroughly, put in a cup, pour boiling water (200ml) and cover plate. Now let brewed all night, and the next day (in the morning), on an empty stomach 30 minutes before a meal, eat the raisins and drink the water.

Ingredients:

  • dried apricots – 100g
  • raisins – 100g
  • walnut – 100g
  • Lemon – 1 pc
  • Honey – 100g

Method: dried apricots, raisins, walnuts and lemon mix in a blender (until smooth). All this is put into a deep bowl, add the honey and spoon to mix all (until smooth). Eat this mixture 2 times a day (between meals) 2 – 3 teaspoons.

Ingredients:

  • dried figs – 3pc
  • natural orange juice – 200ml

Preparation: first squeeze the juice from the oranges, then put the figs in a blender (you can cut it a bit, 2 – 3 pieces) and fill it with the juice. All of this interrupt. Drink 2 times a day (morning and evening) and 1 tablespoon for 15 minutes before eating.
